Mary De Morgan

Mary De Morgan (1850-1907) was an English author known for three collections of original fairy tales admired for their wit and moral bite. Daughter of the mathematician Augustus De Morgan and sister of the potter William De Morgan, she moved in Pre-Raphaelite circles and read her tales to the children of William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones.
