The Other’s Gold

Elizabeth Ames’s amazing book “The Other’s Gold” centers on the adventures of four friends Ji Sun, Lainey, Alice, and Margaret who are all placed in the same room during their first year at Quincy Hawthorne College. Their bonds are made of fear and joy. Must withstand challenges from outside organizations, from one another, and eventually from inside. Every friend commits a grave error when they go from carefree student days to more untamed days as new parents. The book looks at growing up friendships that change throughout time, and forgiveness.
