About this book

The Reluctant Husband by Eliot Grayson is an MM romance novel set in an alternate-universe Regency. The story unfolds against a backdrop of carriages, duels, and redeemed villains. Tom Drake, disowned and disgraced, faces homelessness and must need to fulfill the demands of his patron goddess. His marriage prospect is Mal Leighton, a hardheaded and stubborn man who values Tom for his blessing and body.

Their union is meant to be mutually beneficial, devoid of love. Yet, as weeks pass, the line blurs between desperation and passion. Tom and Mal grapple with their painful pasts, misconceptions, and unexpected feelings. Can they take a chance on the love match they never anticipated?
