About the author

Danielle Paige

Dorothy Must Die reopens Oz as a dictatorship with Dorothy running it, magic rationed and the Wicked reorganised as a resistance, and it grew into several novels and a run of prequel novellas. Paige wrote for American daytime soap opera before this, which is visible in the pacing and in how often a chapter ends on a hook.
