Anandadhara Novel is one of Sayantani Putatunda’s longer works, written in her characteristic urgent voice. Sayantani has been one of the most read contemporary Bengali woman writers, often handling subjects that mainstream romance does not touch.

The novel takes its time but does not lose pace. A good read for fans of her shorter thrillers who want a longer book.
