Abigail Strom

Abigail Strom writes American category romance with an emphasis on family duties, second chances, and professional lives. The Millionaire’s Wish opens the four-book Landry family sequence. Silhouette issued the romance during 2011, with later listings placing it within Harlequin Special Edition. The story brings Allison Landry, who helps run a charitable organization, together with software executive Rick Hunter after a child’s request places them in sustained contact. Their different assumptions about responsibility and emotional risk give the courtship its tension. Strom continued the Landry connections in Cross My Heart, Waiting for You, and Into Your Arms. Her bibliography also includes contemporary romances outside that sequence and speculative fiction under another name. The Millionaire’s Wish shows her interest in relationships shaped by work and relatives rather than isolated attraction, using the shared charitable commitment to reveal how both central characters understand trust, generosity, and the prospect of a lasting family.
