Adam Benforado

Adam Benforado is a legal scholar and writer whose work connects law with psychology, economics, and public policy. A Minor Revolution argues that communities function better when children's needs are treated as a central measure of policy rather than a secondary concern. Crown issued it in 2023 with a subtitle that frames this priority as a benefit shared across generations. Benforado develops the case through research on health, education, family support, public spending, and children's legal standing. He teaches law at Drexel University, after studying at Yale and Harvard Law School, and previously wrote Unfair about hidden forces that shape the justice system.
