Aly Stiles

Aly Stiles writes relationship-centered fiction and performs as a musician, interests that bring creative work and emotional expression into her stories. Look Smart is the sixth contribution to the Work for It series in the Educated Romance World. The 2023 story follows Nate and Natalie after an encounter is complicated by the discovery that they represent rival firms competing for the same account. Their professional contest depends on understanding a difficult client while their earlier connection remains unresolved. The novel offers a present-day relationship story that can be read independently of the shared sequence. Stiles's bibliography ranges from darker relationship stories to comic romances, including Undertow, accompanied by music created with Julian Greene. Her author catalogue presents songwriting and fiction as connected forms. Look Smart fits that approach through characters whose work depends on communication, interpretation, and performance. As part of a multi-author publishing world, it also links Stiles with writers contributing separate couples and workplaces to a common series framework.
