Amanda Leigh Cowley

Amanda Leigh Cowley is an English writer of paranormal romance, mystery, and contemporary fiction. Soul Protector, published in 2011, opens a two-book sequence completed by The Betrayal in 2012. The novel follows Gracie as she discovers an ability to enter other people's minds and learns that a visible aura places her within a hidden supernatural system. Dan introduces her to the role of a Soul Protector, while a secret from her past complicates her understanding. Her author material identifies the series as paranormal romance, and independent bibliographies confirm its order and publication years. She later published the standalone novel The Cold Hard Truth in 2017, shifting toward a family-centered mystery about Emily and an estranged household. Cowley lives in Northampton, England, and her compact catalogue moves between speculative danger and difficult relationships. Soul Protector established that pattern through a protagonist whose unfamiliar power forces her to reassess her identity and the people offering guidance. Its opening position is essential to understanding the later continuation in The Betrayal.
