Carla Cassidy

Carla Cassidy writes American category romance that joins family pressure, suspense, and earned trust. A Mistletoe Christmas is a Harlequin anthology created with Cathy McDavid & Marin Thomas. Cassidy contributed Santa’s Mistletoe Mistake, about a former soldier returning to Mistletoe, Texas, and meeting a woman whose life changed after their earlier relationship. Harlequin issued the volume in 2014. Its three novellas share one holiday community while following separate couples. Cassidy also created the Scene of the Crime sequence and wrote many Harlequin Intrigue novels. Her stories commonly place emotional choices beside external danger. A Mistletoe Christmas shows that method in a compact homecoming plot, while the shared setting lets her story converse with the contributions by McDavid and Thomas without losing its distinct characters or resolution for readers of romance.
