Chelsea Ichaso

Chelsea Ichaso moves through boarding schools, hidden societies, missing-person mysteries, and shifting loyalties in her fiction for younger readers. They’re Watching You, published by Sourcebooks Fire, follows Maren Montgomery as she enters an elite academy’s Gamemaster’s Society while searching for her missing roommate. The book joins Ichaso’s other suspense novels Little Creeping Things, Dead Girls Can’t Tell Secrets, and The Summer She Went Missing. Before becoming a novelist, Ichaso taught high-school English in Southern California. Her former classroom role and consistent focus on teenage investigators give her work a clear place within contemporary teen mystery and suspense.
