Author: Daniel Frohman
Isaac Frederick Marcosson (1876-1961) was an American journalist born in Louisville, Kentucky, who served as city editor of the Louisville Times before moving to World's Work and then The Saturday Evening Post, where he became financial editor in 1907. He edited Munsey's Magazine from 1910 to 1913 and built his name interviewing powerful men, among them Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson, later collecting such encounters in Adventures in Interviewing (1919). His co-author, Daniel Frohman (1851-1940), was Charles Frohman's older brother and a Broadway manager in his own right, long associated with the Lyceum Theatre and president of the Actors' Fund of America from 1904 until his death.
