Danny Silk's teaching focuses on leadership, family relationships and church communities. He co-founded Loving On Purpose and serves as its president, while his consulting work applies his relationship-centered approach to organizational leadership. Silk previously served on senior leadership teams at Bethel Church and Jesus Culture, including more than sixteen years as a family pastor at Bethel. Culture of Honor, published by Destiny Image in 2009, presents his account of leadership practices built around respect, freedom, responsibility and empowerment within a church setting. His other books include Keep Your Love On, Loving Our Kids on Purpose and Unpunishable. These works extend the same framework into marriage, parenting and conflict resolution.
