David Garnett

David Garnett (1892-1981) was an English novelist and bookseller who moved at the edge of the Bloomsbury Group. The son of editor Edward Garnett and translator Constance Garnett, he made his name with Lady into Fox and went on to write further novels, memoirs, and editions of his friends' letters.
