Author: David Gregory
David Gregory spent ten years in business before going back to study, taking master's degrees at Dallas Theological Seminary and at North Texas, and writes short Christian fiction built on a single premise carried right through. Dinner with a Perfect Stranger, from 2005, seats a sceptical businessman across a restaurant table from a man claiming to be Jesus and lets the conversation run. A Day with a Perfect Stranger followed in 2006, and Night with a Perfect Stranger, published by Worthy in March 2012, closes the sequence. The Last Christian, from 2010, is longer and odder: a missionary's daughter comes back from the rainforest to an America where the faith has died out and minds can be uploaded. A Texan, he lives in the Pacific Northwest. The David Gregory who presented Meet the Press is a different man.
