Giulia Skye

Giulia Skye builds contemporary romance around travel, unfamiliar landscapes, and relationships formed away from home. Her Outback Driver follows a Canadian celebrity who leaves a public scandal behind and travels through Western Australia under a simpler identity. He meets British backpacker Evie Blake, and their travels across the Kimberley region make distance, secrecy, and the practical demands of travel central to the courtship. The Summer of Sebastian shifts the holiday setting to Europe and develops another romance through temporary escape and altered expectations. Both titles belong to Skye’s Take a Holiday sequence, alongside Rocky Mountain Heat. Her bibliography also includes When Adam Met Evie. Her Outback Driver was recognized as a finalist in the Romance Writers of America’s Vivian contest. Across Her Outback Driver and The Summer of Sebastian, Skye uses travel for more than scenery. Each setting removes characters from established routines, creates forced proximity, and tests whether an attachment formed during a journey can survive the return of ordinary responsibilities.
