Mara Frost

Mara Frost combines interplanetary adventure with space travel, captivity, and relationships formed across unfamiliar cultures. Captured opens the Alien Space Pirates serial with a human traveler whose journey to the International Space Station is disrupted by intergalactic smugglers. Goodreads identifies Mara Frost as author, dates the first publication to 2015, and places the story first in the sequence. OnlineBookClub separately confirms Mara Frost, Captured, and the Alien Space Pirates series position. The serial structure matters because Captured introduces the central situation rather than resolving every consequence in one volume. Later installments, Sold and Saved, continue the same storyline and expand its alien setting. Frost combines a fast space-adventure premise with the developing connection between the captive traveler and the blue alien responsible for her predicament. Readers approaching Mara Frost through Captured should therefore expect an opening episode whose character conflict, escape questions, and interplanetary world continue beyond the final page.
