A Psalm for the Wild-Built is another sci-fi novel by Becky Chambers: it is focusing on human and robotic relations – in other words – relations of people with machines. The principal characters for the story are Sibling Dex who is a tea monk as well as Mosscap, who is a robot in search of his calling. Altogether there are themes of personal identity, philosophy of the existentialist kind, of man in relation to the natural and the technological. It is a cute sort of vision of what man is capable of, and it is changeless.
