About this book

Chinese Brush Painting Four Seasons is a creation by Fei Le Niao that merges the art of Chinese brush painting with the twenty-four solar terms intrinsic to traditional Chinese culture. The book is made following the progression of the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—and distills natural landscapes into a series of mesmerizing ink paintings.

About the author

FEI LE NIAO

Fei Le Niao is a studio rather than a single artist: an illustration house set up in mainland China in 2006, running drawing schools in Chengdu, Hangzhou and other cities and turning out step-by-step manuals in coloured pencil, watercolour, sketch and ink. Several hundred titles carry its name, and a fair number have been licensed abroad.
