Demetrius is the 2nd book of the Brethren Origins series. The story is set around Athelyn Des Moutiers a woman who devotes her life to the greater calling. She is extremely pious and has been isolated from the Harsh realities of her world. But after her father dies, her older brother negotiates a marriage with a king’s knight for her.
