About this book

Valerie Bertinelli's book, 'Enough Already: Learning to Love the Way I Am Today,' was published in 2023. For years, despite the challenges and demands of the media, Bertinelli battled with herself, placing her worth only based on how she looked. She saw her son follow in his father's footsteps, battled to keep her marriage to Eddie Van Halen successful, and took care of her parents as their health deteriorated. when learning more about her family's history, grieving the death of her parents, and recognizing how fleeting life is when she and her son lost Eddie,

Bertinelli eventually said, "Enough already!" to a lifetime battle with the scale and found a fresh path that brought them pleasure and connection. The book tells the story of Bertinelli's struggle to love herself and find joy in the little things in life like food and shared memories as well as in her sometimes hilarious, sometimes emotional. But always an honest journey.
