About this book
The intriguing novel "Jock Auction" by Alex Pendragon tells the tale of Kyle, a high school football player who believes he is straight and is unaware of his meek, geeky friend Craig's feelings for him. Following a charitable slave sale, their lives collide as Kyle discovers his sexuality.
His hot teammates and his traditional Midwestern community are at odds with his newfound understanding. Kyle discovers there's more to his bond with Craig than just adolescent emotions as he reaches out to another closeted athlete. He had to choose between giving up and fighting for what he didn't realize he wanted.
