Kade’s Dark Embrace

The first book in Kym Grosso’s Immortals of New Orleans series is titled “Kade’s Dark Embrace.” Sydney Willows, an experienced investigator, and attractive, dominant vampire Kade Isaacson are the main characters of the novel. They feel obliged to cooperate after a string of ritualistic killings in Philadelphia.

Despite her best efforts to ignore it, Sydney’s attraction to Kade grows stronger as the case does. Kade becomes worried for Sydney since she may easily die if she gets into trouble with supernatural forces that are beyond her control. Kade is determined to solve the case and bring justice to her.
