Jake Knapp

Make Time (2018) is a productivity book by two designers, not by researchers. Jake Knapp wrote it with John Zeratsky, his colleague at Google Ventures. Knapp had developed the design sprint inside Google from 2010 and brought the method across when he joined GV in 2012, setting it out with Zeratsky and Braden Kowitz in Sprint (2016).
