About the author

Ally Condie

Condie taught secondary school English in Utah and in upstate New York before publishing, and the Matched trilogy grew out of a single question about who decides whom you marry: a Society that arranges every pairing, a girl shown two faces on her match screen, and the slow business of working out what that error means.
