Jean Grave

Jean Grave (1854-1939) was a French anarchist writer and editor who ran the influential journals Le Revolte and Les Temps Nouveaux (The Rebel and New Times). A self-taught former cobbler, he became one of the movement's leading theorists and was jailed more than once for his writing.
