Mountain Storms

Mountain Storms is a western by Frederick Faust (1892-1944), who wrote as Max Brand and was the most prolific and best-paid pulp storyteller of his age, creator of Destry and of the Dr. Kildare series. Faust poured out millions of words of westerns and adventure for the pulps under many names, writing with a classicist’s love of myth beneath the gunsmoke.
