Clara Bensen is an Austin-based writer whose first book grew from an essay about an unconventional journey with a new partner. No Baggage recounts a three-week trip through eight countries undertaken without hotel reservations, an itinerary, or luggage. Running Press published the memoir in 2016 after the original account attracted international attention.
