Red Shadows

Red Shadows is the 1928 story by Robert E. Howard (1906-1936) that introduced Solomon Kane, the grim Puritan adventurer who roams the world avenging evil. Published in Weird Tales, it launched one of the great characters of pulp fiction from the Texan author who would soon create Conan the Barbarian and effectively invent the sword-and-sorcery genre.
