Saffron Alley is the second book in the Sword Dance” series. The book tells us of the adventures of Varazda, a eunuch sword-dancer and spy, and Damiskos, a former soldier. After a week filled with intrigue, assassinations, and a potential love affair at a seaside villa, Varazda returns to his home in Boukos.
