Spike

Aimee-Louise Foster’s third novel in the Aces MC Series is titled “Spike.” The character of the tale is Louise, a 22-year-old who has suffered from her husband’s maltreatment. She musters the strength to leave her husband and go for safety for herself and her twins, Devon and Tommy, who are five years old when the abuse is turned towards them. Connor “Spike” Stokes was six years old when he saw his sister who was fourteen, viciously raped and killed.

This experience turned Spike into a kind, devoted, and fiercely protective man. Louise and her kids enter Spike’s life through a series of events. In addition to examining whether Louise can tolerate Spike’s need for protection, the book also asks whether Louise can accept that a man would give so much and ask for so little in return.
