Gordon G. Chang is an American lawyer, writer, and commentator focused on China, East Asia, economics, and international affairs. He lived and worked in China and Hong Kong for nearly two decades, including service as counsel with the law firm Paul, Weiss. Random House published his first book, The Coming Collapse of China, in 2001.
