About the author

Lauren Baratz-Logsted

Lauren Baratz-Logsted writes fiction across age groups, often giving familiar story patterns a new perspective. The Education of Bet is a historical novel about unequal access to learning. Raised in the same household, sixteen-year-old Bet wants the formal education reserved for boys, while Will resists the school chosen for him.
