Barbara Newhall Follett

Barbara Newhall Follett (born 1914) was an American child novelist who wrote The House Without Windows at the age of twelve and published a second book, The Voyage of the Norman D., before her teens. In 1939, aged twenty-five, she walked out of her Boston apartment and vanished, a disappearance never solved.
