Charles Martin

Martin writes broadly Christian fiction with no sermon anywhere in it, and the recurring figure is a man carrying something he has never said aloud. Where the River Ends takes a dying woman down a river by canoe because she asked to see it once more. Long Way Gone is the prodigal son with a guitar and a father who is a preacher.
