About this book

Humans, pequeninos and the Hive Queen share the world of Lusitania, where a virus essential to one species poses a grave danger to another. Fearing its spread, the Starways Congress sends a fleet against the planet. Ender faces a conflict between coexistence and survival in this science fiction novel about incompatible needs and far-reaching political decisions.

About the author

Orson Scott Card - BDeBooks
Orson Scott Card

Card wrote Ender's Game as a short story in 1977 and expanded it into a novel that took both the Hugo and the Nebula, then repeated that with the sequel, which nobody else has done. The Ender books concern a child trained through simulated war into wiping out an entire species without knowing it, and what forgiveness could possibly mean afterwards.
