About this book

Liz Climo uses animal characters and brief comics to explore the daily demands and emotional ties of motherhood. The collection considers different paths into parenting, the support offered by parental figures, and the affection that can coexist with exhausting responsibilities. An introductory reflection connects the author’s experience of becoming a mother with memories of her own mother.
