Dr. Dipak Chandra

Dr. Dipak Chandra was born on 18 November 1938. He read at Calcutta University and got his MBA and Ph.D.

He was well known as an author not only in West Bengal but all over the globe. His creatively imaginative novels (85 so far) based on varied and interesting anecdotes of Indian mythology are immensely readable and popular among all sections of people and have made a Special Genre of Bengali Literature.
