Dr. Halima Khatun was born on the year 1933, she is a national figure in Bangladesh. Her strong sense of Justice and freedom made her a young soldier in the Language movement of 1952. she was studying at Dhaka University (English) at the time.She was a very popular Child Litterateur, and her books have always made a smile appear on young readers' faces.She has even actively translated some English books and has written some of her own totaling a hundred.
