Moushalkal is the fourth and final book of Samaresh Majumdar’s Animesh tetralogy, after Uttaradhikar, Kalbela, and Kalpurush. The Mausala Parva of the Mahabharata refers to the destruction of the Yadava clan, and Samaresh Majumdar uses that frame for the novel’s ending.
Essential closing chapter to one of the great modern Bengali novel cycles.
