Aer-ki Jyr

Aer-ki Jyr writes long-form science fiction on a scale that stretches from Earth's near future to a far older galactic civilization. Star Force is the umbrella for that continuing history, beginning with the discovery of unfamiliar technology in Antarctica and the formation of the organization that gives the saga its name. Gauntlet Wars opens the next phase within the same numbered chronology as Star Force volume SF87, immediately after Star Force: Deus Ex (SF86). The author's portfolio describes Star Force as spanning more than 150,000 years, while his own reader response places Gauntlet Wars immediately after the preceding volume. That structure lets new readers enter at a major transition without erasing the extensive chronology behind it.
