Anneka R Walker

Anneka R Walker writes historical romance shaped by family obligations, social expectations, and Regency courtship. The Dreaming Beauty, published by Covenant Communications in 2022, follows Tansy White after she inherits Rose Cottage and learns that Marcus Taylor has been dreaming of her. Tansy has also dreamed of Marcus. Their shared mystery draws them together while questions surrounding the cottage and a hidden family past complicate trust. The complete title is The Dreaming Beauty: An Enchanted Regency Romance, placing the novel within the fairy tale adaptations that include The Masked Baron. Walker uses echoes of Sleeping Beauty without transferring the story to a magical kingdom. Instead, manners, inheritance, reputation, and marriage expectations shape the plot. The result joins a recognizable tale pattern with a mystery about memory, choice, and emotional confidence.
