Beth Trissel

Beth Trissel writes historical, paranormal, and time-travel romance, often drawing on the landscapes and history of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. The White Lady is the second Ladies in Time novel, following Somewhere My Lady and preceding Secret Lady. Avery Dunham joins the wizard and time traveler Ignus Burke shortly before Christmas when his fixation on a mysterious portrait becomes a rescue mission. Their journey into the past reveals a trap and brings family secrets into the adventure. The Wild Rose Press released this story in 2017. Trissel combines a contemporary friendship group with a Victorian house, inherited mysteries, supernatural abilities, and movement across eras. Her broader fiction includes the Somewhere in Time, Native American Warrior, Traitor’s Legacy, and Secret Warrior sequences. The compact adventure treats caution, loyalty, and buried connections as forces equal to magic, with its sense of place anchoring the romance across different periods.
