Brie Paisley
Brie Paisley is a Mississippi-born romance writer whose connected series range from family-centered contemporary stories to paranormal suspense. The Predestined is the first full novel in her Transcendent sequence, following the earlier novella The Foreseer. Published in 2021, it centers on a protagonist whose discovery of a mate complicates a mission against a government-funded facility and forces difficult choices about power, protection, and responsibility. Paisley also created the Harlow Brothers books, beginning with Carter, and the Worshipped sequence, which includes Worshipped, Betrayed, and Redeemed. Her stand-alone fiction includes Temptation, Addiction, and A Summer Risk. Paisley began filling journals with thoughts and short stories when she was young, then developed an idea for her debut with encouragement from her husband and sister-in-law. Her husband’s military career has meant living in different locations. Across her bibliography, recurring families and linked casts give individual romances a broader communal setting, while The Predestined adds supernatural bonds and institutional conflict to that approach.
