Cala Riley

Cala Riley is the shared writing identity of two longtime friends who publish contemporary romance together. Their romantic comedy You Kissed Me First follows Katie Ross and Dominic Price, former school rivals who meet again aboard a cruise and agree to stage a relationship for their own reasons. The book appeared independently in 2022, while Love N. Books Press issued a later edition in 2025. Its close quarters, old antagonism and carefully negotiated pretence place it within the duo’s lighter romantic work. Cala Riley’s official reading material and content guidance both identify the book as part of their catalogue, and bookseller records consistently credit the joint name.
