Cathryn Fox
An accountant's job in Churchill Falls, Labrador, a town of well under a thousand people, is where Cathryn Fox ran out of things to read and began writing her own. She has since published more than seventy books from her home in Bedford, Nova Scotia, most of them explicit contemporary romance. Pleasure Prolonged and Pleasure Exchange belong to the Pleasure Games trilogy she wrote for Avon Red, and His Obsession Next Door opened her In the Line of Duty series for Samhain Publishing. The three Pride books, Pride's Run, Pride Unleashed and Pride's Pursuit, are something else again: a young adult werewolf trilogy first published under the name Cat Kalen, about a captive tracker who breaks out of her master's compound and ends up leading a pack in the Canadian mountains. Romantic Times gave the first of them a top pick and four and a half stars. Her later series run to hockey and military romance.
