Cathy Gillen Thacker

Cathy Gillen Thacker writes contemporary romance with a strong interest in family, community, and the choices that reshape everyday lives. The Secret Wedding Wish belongs to her Brides of Holly Springs sequence and follows Janey Hart as she balances motherhood, a bakery, public expectations, and a renewed chance at love. Harlequin American Romance published the novel in 2004. Thacker also contributed to Harlequin American Romance June 2015 Box Set alongside Laura Marie Altom, Marin Thomas, and Heidi Hormel. That collection brings four small-town romances together, placing her work within Harlequin's long-running American Romance line. Across an extensive career, Thacker has organized many books around connected Texas families, recurring towns, and relationships tested by practical responsibilities.
