Dennis Greenberger is a clinical psychologist who founded and directs the Anxiety and Depression Center in Newport Beach, California, and holds an assistant clinical professorship at the University of California, Irvine College of Medicine. Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel By Changing the Way You Think, written with the clinical psychologist Christine A. Padesky and published by Guilford Press in 1995, converts cognitive behavioural therapy into worksheets a reader fills in alone or between sessions with a therapist. Aaron T. Beck, who devised the approach, supplied the foreword. A second edition followed in 2015. The book has passed a million copies and appeared in more than twenty languages.
