Fragile Cord launched Salisbury’s DS Coupland series, which continues through cases involving organized crime, vulnerable witnesses, and institutional obstruction. Salisbury has independently published numerous novels and later developed further sequences around Davy Johnson and DS Chris Ashcroft.
