Gerald B. Johnson

This is not an author in any ordinary sense. The single title here is a condensed version of somebody else's book, Last on the List, produced by a summary operation and sold beside the original without its author's involvement and without any share of the money reaching them. The name on the cover works as a byline for that business rather than as a writer with a body of work behind it. At least two other summary imprints appear on this site under their own invented names, so the practice is not an accident.
